Issues with items

In the (hopefully) unlikely event that you experience any problems with an order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Deborah will always repair or replace a faulty item. Where this is not possible, a full refund will be issued along with a customers’ return postage costs. This applies to items within the first month of sale. If it falls outside this timescale the item will need to be inspected for problems beyond general wear and tear and an assesment made.

 

Returns + Exchanges

Deborah is happy to issue a refund or exchange if items are returned undamaged, unworn and with all original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact Deborah first for return shipping information. Please include your name, address, email and order nuumber along with the item. Please note, the return postage costs are the customers sole responsibility and for your own protection we recommend that you return the item using a fully insured delivery service as the item remains the customers responsibility until safely received. Postage costs for the delivery of an exchanged item will also need to be covered by the customer.

Once the item has been safely received and inspected you will receive email notification along with your refund details.

Please note that bespoke items are non-returnable and non refundable.

Due to hygeine reasons pierced earrings are also non refundable.
