Delivery times

Items of jewellery for sale on www.deborahbeckjewellery.com which are already handmade and in stock will be dispatched within one week (usually 3 working days). Jewellery that is handmade to order will take a little longer and could be from to 4-6 weeks (although it is hoped that it would be less than this).

Deborah will try to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, but it will sometimes depend on the item itself, the finish and the time of year. We appreciate your patience.

If you do have a specific date that you need an item by, please get in touch before ordering to discuss and Deborah will always do her best to help.

Please note that specialist bespoke or custom orders can take longer (between 6-12 weeks depending on the individual specifications). Each order will be discussed with the client in detail and a realsitic time scale provided.

Shipping

UK/domestic orders will be sent via royal mail special delivery with a flat rate charge of £7.50 (Unless alternative arrangements have been made with the client)

International orders will be sent via tracked and signed for delivery with a flat rate charge of £14.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes incurred.

Items may be collected in person from Deborah’s studio by prior arrangement. Please contact Deborah to discuss.
